Join Us (In Vietnamese): Norths Realty & Northwind Mortgage currently offering bases and sales commission as follows:

Loan Processor (Non-Licensed): All performances based on an hourly rate at $9.00/Hr. Plus, $250 for each closed transaction. Only full-time processors are qualified for company's benefits.

Newly Sales Licensee: 80% of Gross Sales Commissions and 50% of Gross Loan Compensations.

Newly Broker Licensee Affiliation: 85% of Gross Sales Commissions and 65% of Gross Loan Compensations.
Experienced Broker Licensee Affiliation: A flat rate of $1,500 for Sales Price Transaction $500,000 or less. And $2,500 for Sales Price Transaction $500,001 or more. Compensations for mortgage loans are negotiable per case origination.

Regardless of Licensee's Status, for each closed transaction, Associate Licensees or Affiliate Brokers will pay an amount of $110 for Errors & Omissions Insurance, plus $250 for Transaction Coordinator Fee. No Exception!

In addition, all Sales Licensees and Brokers are required to attend training class meeting every Tuesday (6:00 to 9:00 PM) for Real Estate Sales Procedures and Mortgage Loan Processing Guideline. The training will last about 6 weeks.
